Order Procedures
If you see any of the products here that you like, please email us at info@kaplen.com.sg. Kindly include the item name(s), item model/part number(s), quantity required, your name, name of person to deliver to, contact number(s), email(s) and delivery address in your email order. Once we receive your order, we will respond to you via email or phone regarding the availability of stock and delivery leadtime, and the payment mode(s) accepted for that order.

We offer FREE delivery of the ordered items to locations on mainland Singapore, unless otherwise stated. For international orders, please indicate your country and full delivery address so that we can quote you the shipping rates.

Do you have any gadgets, computers or laptops on your personal or family wish lists? Please see our list of brands here, and if you would like one of those items from there, just email us at info@kaplen.com.sg with the model of the product and we will do our utmost to put it up in our upcoming promotions, or better yet, email you with a special promotional price for you.
