3BClean prevents confidential information leaking out of an organisation by removing metadata, the hidden information stored behind the visible content of a document, such as tracked changes, authors and time stamps.

As a server based system with flexible policy management, this enables a practical and consistent service level across today's increasingly mobile enterprise. It supports any email client or server, such as Blackberry, Palm, PDA, iPhone and Webmail.

The system is easy to deploy, and as an automated metadata removal solution this simplifies the management overhead and reduces operational costs. It has well documented APIs which assist integration into Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, and Document and Content Management Systems.

The 3BClean metadata removal solution provides the following features and benefits:
